Both parties, Frank Page and Bob the Squirrel, have come to a mutual agreement this morning.
Initial reports from an undisclosed source described this mutual agreement as a breakthrough, which could and would lead to a cessation of the comic strip shutdown.
Unfortunately, those reports proved to be false. Bob and Frank have only agreed to sit at a table, with their arms crossed, and make faces at each other. The shutdown will continue.
